Fun, Fresh and Fabulous Fall Activities in T.O

Change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end. – written on the wall at Yogaspace (on Ossington)

The crisp fall air and smell of leaves turning from green to red, yellow, or orange, reminds me of school. It’s been years since I was in school but I still get that feeling of excitement from the opportunities that a fresh school year brings.

This year, I am excited (and a teeny tiny bit stressed) about an autumn full of promise as I am taking a course in Non-profit Leadership, Strategy and Change at U of T’s School for Continuing Studies, I’m working full time, volunteering at All Saints Community Center  and growing the following for GreeninTO. And I still have to find time to do yoga, bike and spend time outdoors! Jee wiz.

But enough talk about me, let’s get on with the fun, fresh and fabulous stuff.
